You have never run ads
I estimate how many enquiries your budget can buy at real click prices in your niche. If a click costs more than a client is worth to you, you hear it from me before you pay anything.
Google Ads · freelance, Kraków and remote
I have worked with Google Ads since 2017. First on Google's own Ads support programme, answering advertisers from the other side of the screen. Since 2019, running accounts for my own clients. You get the audit, the build and the weekly work from one person, for a flat fee.
I estimate how many enquiries your budget can buy at real click prices in your niche. If a click costs more than a client is worth to you, you hear it from me before you pay anything.
Usually it is broad match without negatives, search terms nobody would buy from, or conversion tracking that counts the wrong action or counts it twice. The audit tells you which one.
Spend kept growing and the reports stopped at clicks. My fee is flat, so I have no reason to push your budget up, and every report starts with cost per lead.
I do not switch everything on at once. First whatever brings enquiries fastest, then I expand from data.
Someone is already looking for what you sell. The shortest path to a lead, and always the first thing I build.
Merchant Center, a product feed without disapprovals, and your products shown with prices right in the results.
Only once there is conversion data to learn from. Without it the algorithm spends your budget guessing, across inventory you cannot see.
Bringing back people who visited and left. Usually the cheapest conversions in the account, and in the EU only possible with consent set up right.
YouTube, Discover and Gmail, for products people do not search for yet. Added once Search is covered, not instead of it.
The same searches on Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo and Copilot, often with fewer advertisers bidding for them.
Microsoft Ads →Account, site and analytics. A campaign list, a budget split and the numbers we will judge it by.
Keywords, negatives, structure, ads, GA4, conversion tracking and Consent Mode.
A controlled budget from day one. First data within days, a fair verdict after a few weeks.
Search terms, bids, negatives. Anything that spends without bringing enquiries gets cut.
More budget where it works, new campaign types where the data supports them, the monthly report.
Most of the work never shows up in a monthly report. I read the search terms report and add negative keywords, check that conversions are still firing, move budget between campaigns, and rewrite ads that keep losing to the others in the same group.
If cost per lead goes up, I can show you what changed in the account and when. Google keeps the full change history, and I use it, instead of explaining every bad week with “the algorithm”.
Maximise conversions, target CPA and target ROAS all learn from your conversion data. In a new account there is nothing to learn from yet, so I start with more control and hand the wheel over once the conversions are real and frequent enough to trust.
The target comes from your numbers, not from the dashboard. If a client is worth $300 to you, there is no point paying $250 to get one, however good the conversion rate looks.
The same rule applies to the newer automation, AI Max for Search and broad match: I switch them on when the conversion data is clean, and then read every search term they bring in.
Quality Score is Google's 1 to 10 estimate of how well your ad and page match the search, built from expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience. It is a diagnostic, not a goal, but the things behind it lower what you pay for the same position.
Responsive search ads take up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions. I write them from the search terms that actually convert, then pin only what legally or commercially has to stay in place.
Since March 2024 Google requires Consent Mode v2 for traffic from the European Economic Area if you want to keep using that data for remarketing and measurement. Many accounts in Poland still run with a cookie banner that does not talk to Google at all, and quietly lose part of their conversions and audiences.
On the support programme I saw from the inside how payment, verification and product problems reach the advertiser, and how little of the reason the standard message explains. Reviewing content against written policy has also been part of my work since 2019, so I read Google's advertising policies the way a reviewer does: what exactly the rule says, and what evidence an appeal needs.
I tell you straight whether a suspension can be lifted. Sometimes the honest answer is that the business model itself is the problem, and an appeal will get the same reply.
At an agency, the person who sold you the service is rarely the one inside your account. With me it is the same person from the audit to the monthly report, and you talk to them directly.
The trade-off is capacity. I keep a small number of client accounts so each one gets real weekly attention, which means that sometimes the honest answer is a start date rather than tomorrow.
Read-only access. I go through the campaigns and show you what is broken on a call.
Flat fee, independent of ad spend. The exact price depends on the number of campaigns and markets.
Account structure, keywords, ads, analytics and conversion tracking, ready to run.
You pay Google directly for the clicks, on your own card. That money never passes through me, and I earn the same whether you spend $500 or $50,000.
Created in your name, with your billing. Campaign history, conversion data and access stay with you, and everything keeps running after I stop.
No annual contract. You stay because the cost per lead makes sense, not because of a notice period.
I do not earn more when you spend more, so the budget I recommend is the one that fits your numbers.
Because a percentage pays the manager more when you spend more. With a flat fee I can recommend a smaller budget when that is what your numbers say, and it costs me nothing to be honest.
The build takes about a week. The first data comes within days of launch, and a fair picture of cost per lead usually needs the first month. Anyone who promises a number before seeing your account is guessing.
No fixed minimum. But if the budget is too small to buy enough clicks for a verdict in your niche, I will tell you on the audit call, before you spend anything on ads or on me.
I look at the cause and tell you straight whether the suspension can be lifted and what the appeal needs. If the problem is the offer itself, I say so rather than file an appeal that will get the same answer.
Always. The account is in your name and paid with your card. The campaign history and conversion data stay with you after we stop working together.
Yes. The work is fully remote, so your location does not matter. Calls and reports in English, Polish, Ukrainian or Russian.
No. I also run Microsoft Ads and ads in ChatGPT, usually next to Google Ads for the same client, and build landing pages when the page is what holds the campaign back.
Leads, cost per lead and, where you share sales data, revenue. Clicks and CTR are in the report too, but they are not the point, and the report says in plain words what changed and why.
Yes. The audit ends with a written list of fixes. You can hand it to your team, and come back if you want me to run the account.
Tell me what you sell and where you advertise now. I look at the account with read-only access, change nothing, and walk you through what I found on a 20-minute call. The list of fixes stays with you, even if we never work together.
